Angela Willie, the artist
Mrs. Willie was born in Georgetown, a small coastal community in South Carolina. She now she lives in Atlanta, GA where she works at a law firm as a legal assistant, and she also owns Angie's DigiPrint.
I enjoy digital photography as it allows me to be creative with my photographs. My favorite photographic mediums are digital scrapbooking and canvas wraps. Both are a great ways to preserve your photos.
To me, photography is about composition, lighting and timing. You have to be patient and willing to get up before sunrise to see nature at its finest. I learned those qualities from my husband who is also an avid photographer. He was the one who introduced me to Georgia's barrier islands including Ossabaw. I found Ossabaw to be one of Georgia's most preserved islands as it allows you to become one with nature. You never know when a flock of birds will pass through the sky while you are standing near a tree in the Boneyard and you instantly visualize the shot you are wanting to compose. I am always with a camera whether it is my iPhone or Canon waiting for that next great shot.
